From the owner: "Thank you for your kind words and for staying with us! We’re glad you found the cottage cozy, although we’re sorry the memory foam mattress wasn’t the best fit for you. We also really appreciated you letting us know about the little visitor during your stay. We came over that same day and set traps, and while we weren’t able to catch him right away, we did shortly after checkout and thankfully haven’t seen any signs since. I’m also glad we were able to connect after your stay and clear up the confusion regarding the cleaning fee. After reviewing the charges together, we confirmed that the cleaning fee was $70, not $300, and that the larger amount on the receipt included other charges associated with the reservation. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope you enjoyed your time exploring the area!"
