On the West End of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe with only 45 units and quiet beaches. ***PLEASE NOTE: POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL and projected to be completed by the end of 2025, along with landscaping. Elevators are projected to be operational by mid-January 2026. These timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.****
Located on the desirable West Gulf Drive, Sand Pointe is a favorite among visitors. Unit 214, otherwise known as the Sanibel Blue Lagoon, offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico over the lagoon and pool. The newly updated guest bathroom with a combo tub/shower is just steps away from the guest room. For additional guests there is a sleeper sofa with queen sized mattress.
After a long day at the beach hunting for the perfect shell or exploring Ding Darling to catch a glimpse of the islandâs native wildlife, you can look forward to watching the game on a large smart TV in the living room or enjoying some family time playing a game around the dining table. More memories can be made on your private lanai which overlooks the heated pool, lagoon, and Gulf of Mexico. The lanai runs the full length of the unit with an area for dining and 2 comfortable swivel rockers -the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The unit is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella & coolerâ everything you and your family needs for those long-awaited days on the beach!
Additional amenities include community heated pool (currently not operational), elevator (currently not operational) and covered parking. The beach is easily accessible by a sandy path.
