The House has three bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms, this home property comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old) at a time, making it an ideal choice for families and friends. It has a pull out sofa couch to accomodate the extra 2 kids, or an adult can sleep comfotable in it.

Relax in the open plan living space which opens onto the entertainer’s deck which overlooks the lake or cook up a storm in the kitchen which includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher.

The Master Bedroom features its own sitting room, comfortable Queen sized bed & a fold out for those extra kids while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom having two single beds.

The north facing home is directly opposite the foreshore of Tuggerah Lakes iconic walkways and cycleways so bring your bikes and water equipment to make full use of all the home has to offer.

With Wi-Fi & ample parking you can stay for a short weekend getaway, an extended holiday or make the property your home from home for as long as you need.

The home is ideal for up to 6 adults and 2 children.

With plenty of places to visit near by, just to name a few which is a must to visit and its only a short drive. There is Shelley Beach, Bateau Bay Beach, Long Jetty, The Entrance and the list goes on. Plenty of coffee and restaurants near you, so you will not go hungry.
A small shopping center, just 3 min drive in Bateau Bay and then a big Westfield with plenty of shops that is a 15 min drive. And don't forget to pop in at Erina Fair.

Safety: This property is located in close proximity to the lake. Children should be supervised at all times.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction with-out a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.

Supplies: Essentials such as soap, shampoo, laundry, and dishwashing supplies will be provided. For extended stays, we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
