This remodeled and highly upgraded Great Room, Montego Model with separate Casita is located in the newest section of this 55+ guard-gated community and can accommodate 4 (main house 2 bdrms 2 ba) to 6 people (Casita 1 bdrm 1 ba). The home can be rented only by the month with or without the Casita. To avoid confusion, the Casita is an additional $300 per month and will be added at booking time. A lease is required by the community HOA and the lessor must be 55+. Higher seasonal pricing from October through April will apply.*

The outdoor patio boasts a BBQ and patio furniture with new umbrellas and cushions. The extended Master Bedroom has a King Bed, sofa seating area and access to the patio area. The Master bath has a dual sink vanity, large walk in shower and huge walk in closet. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home for privacy and has a queen bed, closet and full bath. There is a private entrance to the Casita which has one bedroom with twin beds, a full bath and closet and desk area.

For access to all amenities, registration with the HOA, including ID and picture is required and is $25.00 per person.
