LARGE FAMILY HOME - Short Walk to Two Beaches & Netflix
You will love your stay at my well-maintained and well appointed home that has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Ideal for larger extended family groups, with bedrooms across two levels and two bathrooms (renovated main bathroom and a small ensuite bathroom).
There are large dinning and sitting room areas (includes extra large smart TV with Netflix, pics have not yet been updated to show new TV) and a purpose buiIt outdoor entertaining area with comfy couches, and a small BBQ. There is a further wrap around deck at the back with additional outdoor seating, so you can follow the sun!
The kitchen is generously stocked and includes all whiteware, including a dishwasher. The newly renovated bathroom has a double vanity, 'rain' showerhead, bath, heated towel rail and washing machine.
In this four bedroom property there are two large bedrooms with queen bed suites (the master bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom). There are two additional smaller bedrooms, one with two bunk beds (sleeping four) and the other with one bunk bed (sleeping two). Beautifully styled with comfort for larger groups in mind.
The home is set on a secluded, large 670m2 section and offers a private and tranquil place to enjoy a holiday. Entertain on the deck with the outdoor furniture supplied and the small BBQ.
Prime coastal location which is a short walk to the following two beaches:
1. Winston's Cove (450m walk from the cottage) is one of Auckland's best kept secrets and is an ideal spot for a swimming and relaxing. It's our favourite little beach spot in Auckland.
2. Waiake Beach (650m walk from the cottage) is a beautiful bay that is good for swimming and boating. It has a sheltered estuary to one side of the beach which is great for kids. There are also a number of picnic/bbq facilities and a children's playground just off the beach. For the best home-made ice cream, head over the road to Tides Cafe.
Long Bay Beach and Regional Park (3 mins drive away)

400m walk to Torbay shops / 3 mins drive to supermarket
Excellent public transport links - bus stop right near the house.
Browns Bay and Torbay villages (a short walk or drive away) have all the amenities you could need including supermarkets, great cafes and restaurants.

Please note bookings of one night applies to a minimum of 7 guests. No minimum amount of guests applies to bookings of two nights or more.
Pets are welcomed but please request permission, as pet-related rules will apply to your stay.
No smoking.
Long term rates available from April to December.
No parties, gatherings or excessive noise or music.
