Modern 4 bedroom, 3 story house. Spacious carpeted garage that doubles up as a rumpus room on the ground floor. We can also add a single or double bed in here for extra people. Plenty of storage for all the beach toys. On the main level is a spacious living room, dining room and modern kitchen with double oven. On this main level, there are also 2 double bedrooms and the main bathroom which includes a bathtub. On the top level are 2 double bedrooms both with air-conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer nights and a second bathroom. Cosy outdoor fire place and lounge area and a hot outdoor shower for when you get back from a day at the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the popular Stanmore bay beach, fields, playgrounds and skate park, and only 10 min walk to Manly. Close to the local shopping center and takeaways and lots of restaurants close by. The local leisure center with its splash pad is a 5 min walk down the road too which the kids will love! there are 10 beaches all within a 10 minute drive so take your pick of which one to explore each day. Close by there is Shakespeare park with lovely walks and bike tracks.
If you have a boat, or want to take the ferry from gulf Harbour to Tiri Tiri, you can spend the day exploring the peaceful island and bird santuary, and walking the many tracks seeing the native bird wildlife.
Wenderholm is also only a 20 minute drive with lots of hiking tracks and a lovely way to spend the day bbq'ing or picnicking at the beach. We are sure you will enjoy your stay here as much as we love living here 😀
