Welcome to Villa on Parker - a modern, stylish, 2-bedroom adults retreat in the heart of Devonport. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, with a central bathroom and separate toilet for added convenience. Enjoy a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Just a short flat walk to Hill Street Grocer, cafes, and supermarkets, it`s the perfect base for exploring the North West Coast of Tasmania. Ideal for couples, friends, or corporate stays. Unsuitable for children.
As you arrive, the secure garage offers ample parking and a stylish coat stand where you can effortlessly hang your jacket as you step inside. To the side, a thoughtfully designed laundry nook features a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. From here, you have private and secure access to the freshly furnished villa â the perfect adultsâ retreat where comfort meets elegance.
Thereâs parking for two vehicles â one in the lock-up garage with direct access to the villa, and another in a dedicated space right beside the property.
Double glazing and quality insulation ensure the villa stays comfortable in every season, offering warmth in winter and a cool, peaceful retreat in the summer months.
Continuing down the hallway, youâll find two comfortable bedrooms positioned on either side, each featuring a queen bed and built-in wardrobes â ideal for a restful nightâs sleep and plenty of storage for longer stays. Electric blankets and heaters are provided to keep you warm and cosy throughout your stay.
Located centrally within the villa, the bathroom is modern and fresh, complete with both a shower and a bath. The toilet is separate for added convenience, and all essentials are thoughtfully provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.
As you enter the open-plan living and dining area, the cosy lounge invites you to unwind with a brand-new 55-inch smart TV, while a selection of games and books offers extra entertainment options. The dining area, situated just behind the kitchen, features a four-seater table with lovely views of the courtyard â perfect for shared meals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, featuring a coffee machine to kick-start your mornings. Brand new electrical appliances are complemented by essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and cooking oil to get your stay started. For added convenience, a slow cooker, sandwich press, and microwave are also available.
Sliding doors from the living area open onto a lovely private outdoor space â a wonderful spot to soak up the sunshine with a book or your morning brew. This area is complete with a four-seater table, comfortable chairs, and an umbrella. A side walkway leads to the back of the villa.
