A dreamy stay awaits no matter what time of year you visit this characterful chalet, tucked into residential neighborhood less than a mile from Bear Mountain Ski Resort. In the summer, take your pick from dozens of hiking and mountain biking trails, golf courses, and of course the lake, a little over three miles away. In the winter, you're minutes from downhill or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow tubing.
Outdoor highlights at this home include three spacious, sun-soaked decks and a private back patio, featuring a hot tub that's perfect for soaking under the stars. Inside, you'll find abundant natural light thanks to the vaulted ceilings and wall of windows onto the main deck. The open, lofted space features comfortable furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for those cozy nights at home. The spacious, eat-in kitchen offers a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and tons of counter space for meal prep. Grab a bite together at the window-front table before heading out.
Evening entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, board games, and a foosball table in the loft. A restful night's sleep awaits in any of the three well-appointed bedrooms, including two primary bedrooms with en-suite baths and private deck access. This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
