House Rules & Important Notes
The Municipality of San Juan establishes maximum permitted noise levels that must be respected at all times:

65 decibels from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
55 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay.

For security and compliance purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and exterior noise detection sensors installed in specific areas in accordance with privacy policies (never in bathrooms, bedrooms, or other private areas). These devices help ensure the safety of the property and respect for neighborhood noise regulations.

Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. The noise detection system alerts us when sound levels exceed permitted limits. Loud music or party activity is considered to occur at levels above 75 decibels.
If the system detects noise above this level for more than 10 minutes, we will send one notification requesting that the noise be reduced.
If the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply.

It is strictly prohibited to move, cover, disconnect, turn off, or otherwise tamper with any security cameras or noise detection devices, including altering their angle of view. Any attempt to tamper with these devices may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law
