- Stand-alone home located in a quiet street in the heart of Ashby.

- You all have access to a double-paved driveway parking. Please ensure you do not block the pedestrian footpath when parking your vehicle to the driveway.

- Private front entrance with lockbox onsite for easy access.

- Security cameras to the front of the property for security.

- As you step through the front door, you`re greeted by an interior that exudes warmth, high ceilings and large windows allowing natural light to come inside.

- To your left hand side, you`re greeted by a door-less workspace which offers a desk & chair, shelves and a beautiful wooden armchair.

- Next to the office you can find an entertainment room with a TV & Blueray, 3-seat couch, coffee table, floor lamp and a blackboard so you can keep an eye on the kids drawing while watching your favorite shows/movies - how convenient!

- The kitchen stands as the heart of the home. The ample storage, and a center island create an ideal environment for both everyday meal preparation and gourmet endeavors - the space is perfect for enjoying casual conversations with loved ones while cooking!

- The Let Go team comprises of our property manager, routine inspections manager, bookings manager, onboarding specialist, housekeeping supervisor, housekeeping staff, and our guest concierge team so if you do require any assistance, please reach out to us and we`ll see how we can be of any assistance.

- Hiring a car in Perth is recommended.

- Closest bus stop is located 280m away (3-min walk) and will take you to Joondalup Stn, Whitfords Stn and Wanneroo Shop Ctr

- Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy!

- This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.

- This property has security cameras to the external areas which management checks regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.

- This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.

- Both showers to the en-suite and main bathroom have a hob which will require you to step over to access the shower.

- Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Let Go Property House Rules & Policies
We are dedicated to providing premium, beautifully maintained, and clean short-term accommodation for our valued guests. To achieve this, we have established these house rules in line with local council requirements, industry standards, neighbor feedback, and best business practices.

We understand some of these rules may feel strict, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Please know that they are necessary to meet council regulations, protect our properties, maintain positive relationships with neighbors, and ultimately ensure the highest level of service for all guests. By continuing to book with us, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these house rules throughout their stay.

Booking & Financial Policies
• Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.

• Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests. Failure to relay this information may result in miscommunication that could affect the guest experience.

• Extra Cleaning Charges: Additional fees will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon departure, or if unallocated beds, bedding, or linen are used.

• Damages & Loss: Please report any accidental breakage or damage as soon as practically possible so we can arrange prompt repairs or replacement. Depending on the severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation. Guests are also fully liable for the replacement costs of any lost keys, remotes, or fobs.

• Lockouts: If you lock yourself out, do not arrange your own locksmith. We utilize a preferred locksmith for security and property consistency. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange access. A minimum call-out charge of $250.00 applies to cover travel and logistics (fees are significantly higher after hours). On-site payment to the locksmith will be required. To avoid these charges, please take care of the access key or card throughout your stay.

• Confirmation of Booking: For safety and verification, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
