WHAT YOU'LL LOVE...

- Stand-alone home located on a corner block. The exterior boasts a tasteful combination of brick and subtle architectural details, giving the house a warm and inviting presence.

- There are 3 car bays for you to use during your stay. You will have access to 2x car bays from the front of the property to the single open driveway (tandem parking) and a 1 x single garage.

- You will access the property through the front yard, which is adorned with lush landscaping, creating a sense of tranquillity and privacy. You will be welcomed by a lovely entertainment space with an outdoor setting - a lounge set with a coffee table. A perfect space to relax, unwind in the sunshine and watch your little ones to have fun and run around!

- Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a well-designed layout that maximizes both space and natural light. The living area is a harmonious blend of style and functionality, featuring 2x seater lounge, rectangular coffee table, floor rug, floor lamp, wall mounted smart TV, high ceilings and large windows that frame views of the surrounding greenery. There is also a split system in this space to keep you warm or cool all year round!

- The modern dining area offers a timber rectangular table with 6x chairs.

-The gourmet kitchen is a true highlight, with modern appliances, ample counter space, an island that doubles as a breakfast bar and fully stocked & equipped - perfect for short or long stays! Offering a induction cooktop with 4x burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and full-size fridge/freezer.

- Enjoy the convenience of your own laundry offering a washing machine, iron & ironing board, portable clothes airer, mop/bucked & vacuum. There is also a separate toilet off this space.

- To the rear of the property, is placed a beautiful round wooden table, perfect for home office or simply enjoying a morning coffee while soaking in the sun's rays! Next to it you can see a sliding door which gives you access to your own private backyard.

- You will have access to your very own private fenced pool with lounge chairs - perfect for you to relax and unwind!

- The outdoor area is a perfect extension of the indoor space, featuring a covered patio provided with a electric BBQ and table & chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. The fully fenced backyard with a lovely grassed section is a great place for kids to play!

- This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
‱ BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
