This cute little beach pad is perfect for booking your Perth getaway! Located in a quiet older-style complex in Scarborough, you will enjoy the coastal lifestyle by being able to walk to Brighton & Scarborough beaches, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, bars plus plenty more! This stylish apartment is light & bright and offers space for couples or small families. The beach pad comes fully stocked & equipped for short or long stays! We hope you enjoy your stay at this cool beach pad!

WHAT YOU`LL LOVE...

- Located in an older style complex in Scarborough, and just a few streets back from Scarborough Beach. The complex comprises of 10 apartments and was built in 1968. The apartment internally is 59mÂČ.

- You will have access to a dedicated car bay located just a short 2-minute walk from the apartment. The car bay is a single bay and is undercover.

- To access the apartment, you will be required to walk up one (1) flight of stairs (roughly 15 steps) to access the apartment which is located on the first floor.

- You will have a private front door with a digital door lock making access easy & simple for your stay.

- As you enter the apartment, you will be welcomed by the open-plan kitchen & lounge space.

- The kitchen is new and has just been renovated! Offering space, style & simplicity! There is a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, free-standing electric oven/cooktop & full-sized fridge/freezer. The kitchen comes fully stocked & equipped, perfect for short or long stays. The apartment has a cool bench-style table with four (4) stools so there is space for you to enjoy your morning breakfast, coffee, and dinner - the choice is yours!

- Off the kitchen is the lounge space which is comfortable! Offering a wall-mounted smart TV, modular leather look lounge, floor lamp & coffee table. There is also a wall-mounted air con to keep you cool during those warm summer evenings in this space.

- Located off the lounge and through the sliding door you will find your own private balcony overlooking the front street and the complex`s lush green gardens! A cute little space that is quiet and relaxing - a lovely spot to sit back & relax and read a book perhaps!

- Located to the rear of the apartment you will find bedrooms 1, and 2 and the combined bathroom/laundry.

- Bedroom one is spacious and beachy! Offering a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps to either side, and a wardrobe for your belongings. There is also an occasional chair and a split system to keep you warm or cool all year round!

- Bedroom two is a cool kid`s room offering a bunk bed (single over single), chest of drawers, lamp, bedside table, and a wardrobe for your belongings.

- The combined bathroom/laundry is functional and spacious. Offering a shower (*please note: the shower has a hob which will require you to step over the hob to access the shower), sink/vanity, and wall-mounted mirror about the vanity with storage. There is also a top loader washing machine, dryer, and a separate toilet.

PARKING
- You will have access to a dedicated car bay located just a short 2-minute walk from the apartment.
- The car bay is a single bay and is undercover.

HEATING & COOLING INFORMATION
- There is a wall-mounted cooling system to the wall in the lounge.
- There is a split system on the wall in bedroom 1 which is capable of heating & cooling this space.
- Both bedrooms 1 & 2 have a portable electric cooling fan.
- We also have a portable electric heater for those cold winter days.

- The shower has a hob which will require you to step over the hob to access the shower.

- The air con to the balcony has a bucket which needs to be emptied occasionally to release any water. We may ask you to assist with this during your stay to prevent the overflow of water to the bottom apartment.
‱ AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

‱ BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

‱ CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.

‱ COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.

‱ COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.

‱ CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

‱ CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.

‱ CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.

‱ CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.

‱ DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.

‱ DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.
