Starboard Shores: Group Travel, Saltwater Pool, Boat Dock

Starboard Shores 327 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex home — one of two identical units sharing a single property. Each side has its own private heated saltwater pool, pool deck, garage, and separate entry. Reserve this side alone for up to 6 guests, or book both this unit and its twin next door, Portside Paradise, for larger families or multiple groups.

The home sits just minutes from beaches, golf courses, fishing, waterfront dining, and shopping. The central location makes it easy to explore everything Cape Coral has to offer, and it's a quick drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island for a day trip to the sand.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, TV. En-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, dual vanity.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
- Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed plus a futon, TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo

The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the bright living area, creating a seamless space for the whole group to gather. The fully-stocked kitchen with barstool seating and dining table allow your group to enjoy meals together. The washer and dryer make longer stays easy. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the home. The living room includes cozy seating and a streaming TV.

Your private tropical oasis awaits out back, centered around a private heated saltwater pool. Relax on one of the 3 sun loungers, or gather around the outdoor BBQ grill for a poolside dinner. The private boat dock is ready for guests who want to bring or rent a boat, cast a line for an afternoon of fishing, or simply take in the waterfront views. Two adult bikes are also available for exploring the neighborhood.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Both duplex units (Starboard Shores 327 and Portside Paradise) may be booked together for larger groups or multiple travel parties wanting to stay close by.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3–5 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation
