Basement of Old Home in Cedar Cottage area of East Vancouver

This is the unfinished basement of an old house in East Vancouver. A lot of the basement is just exposed concrete, be aware.

There is a living space/bedroom, An area with laundry sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove.

A small bathroom with a stand up shower.

The laundry we would share and co-ordinate when I do the laundry (like once a week)

Private entrance from in back. private patio space
Can also park vehicle privately in car park.


The space
Its a historic 100+ year old house in East Vancouver. The basement is UNFINISHED, let me be very clear on that.

I live upstairs and use the front door. You have your own door in back and would enter/leave through the back gate and lane.

Car park in the back for your vehicle and you can charge an electric car.

half of the basement is just exposed concrete so keep your shoes on. the living area has laminate flooring laid down but its not totally even as the house is very old and has shifted over the years. Things to be aware of.

You are in the center of east vancouver, 5 minute drive to downtown, 5 minute drive to commercial drive or mount pleasant.
Guest access
You have the whole basement for yourself. I will also set up some lawn chairs on the side of the house for your outdoor space.

There is a smart TV as well.

Other things to note
PET FRIENDLY! Bring your dogs and cats or whatever. No extra charge for pets just tidy up after them thats all.

I have a bernese mountain dog living upstairs with me and two black cats that are inside/outside cats
