The beach is accessible via a scenic path, and Section M homes have access to the stocked 7-acre lake, bike path, and nearby tennis courts.

When not at the beach or exploring the neighborhood, enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and multi-level decks. Quality, comfortable outdoor furniture ensures everyone has a place to hangout and tan under the sun. Step inside to continue the good times with the game table and arcade game found in the ground-level rec room. There's also an additional full-size fridge to store snack and drinks.

Gather in the open living and dining spaces on the top-level, wrapped in natural light and the ocean breeze. The kitchen is easy to work in with its smart layout and all the essentials for casual meals or family cooking sessions. A king bedroom and connected bathroom offers privacy and flexibility. On the mid-level, you'll find three inviting suites—a peaceful queen master with private bath, a double bedroom with hall bath access, and a fun bunk room ready to sleep the kids. Nearly every room has a Smart TV, and both levels have deck access, giving you room relax inside or out at anytime.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from the first week of April, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
