Dining Area: The dining area boasts a large table that comfortably seats 6-8 guests. It seamlessly flows into the modern kitchen, making it perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Kitchen: Our sleek kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need, including a spacious benchtop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you’ll find everything at your fingertips.

Laundry Room: For your convenience, the laundry room comes equipped with a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

Cafés: Within walking distance, you can enjoy fantastic local cafés and eateries. Our favorite brunch spot is The Hatter & Hare, known for its delicious dishes. The Drop In Café is popular for its excellent coffee and brunch options. For a family-friendly outing, check out Boronia Hotel, which features a large indoor kids' play area. For takeaway, Mountain Thai offers authentic and spicy Thai food that is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Transport: The closest train station, Boronia Station, is only a 10-minute walk from our home, making it easy to explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas.

Nature: Blind Creek Trail is just 700m away, with the closest access point at the Mountain Gate Tennis Club. This 23km walking trail is perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls and is also popular for cycling.

Amenities: Everything you need is within a 10-minute walk, including Coles, Woolworths, a 24-hour gym, medical center, chemist, cinema, and various eateries at Boronia Junction Shopping Centre.

Family Friendly: Just 1km away is the popular Tim Neville Arboretum, featuring a large park, playground with the famous flying fox, a beautiful lake with ducks to feed, and BBQ facilities for a fun family outing.

Bedding, linen, and towels are provided for 3 bedroom and up to 6 guests.
An additional charge applies for extra guests, who will use the double sofa bed in the living area with additional bedding, linen, and towels supplied.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.

*Additional charge will be applied for extra guests and need to be advised in booking.
