Only 19km to Melbourne CBD in one direction and the popular wine country of the Yarra Valley in the other, providing a perfect balance of city life and serene countryside.
Guests have access to all amenities, including the heated lap pool, gym, and rooftop terrace with BBQ facilities. Onsite basement parking is included for one vehicle. Visitor and street paid parking is also available.

The base house price is based on 4 guests sharing 2 rooms, otherwise extra guests fee applies.
Please select the right amount of guests when making your reservation or you might be paying a lot more and extra cleaning fee.
There is an extra $40 for each extra guest per night, if more than 4 guests.
Our space can accommodate up to 9 guests with extra bedding and linen provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be one single bed and two sofa double beds.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.
The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
Additional Common Building Area Rules: -
All rules mentioned above also applies at all building common area.
Other rules for the common area: -
Pets are not permitted within the common areas
Alcohol is not permitted within the common areas
No guest other than the booked guests allowed into the building facilities
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
Important:
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
