Located in the prestigious Orchard Hills gated community it combines the serenity of the Orchard Hills, with resort style amenities. Its five elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, can comfortably host 10 guests, while at least 2 more guests can find comfort in the huge sofas. You will love the access to community pool, spa, and play areas.

THE SPACE
As you walk in this 2-story European style property, you will find yourself in a welcoming foyer, followed by an elegant formal dining area. Stretch your eye to an impressive open floor plan area leading to a beautiful backyard. The living room features comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has an island and quartz counters, plenty of cabinets and all modern appliances. On the main floor you will find two luxurious, sunny bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and access to the backyard. There is also a guest bathroom.
Going up to the second floor, you will face the perfect family room with large table and a huge flat screen TV. On this floor, you will find three more bedrooms with walk-in closets. Two of the top floor bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while one of them has private access to a nice balcony.
30-foot ceilings, premium wood flooring throughout the house and beautiful outside area are the features we love the most.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, as well as community amenities.
Other things to note
Pool, spa and other community amenities are shared with community's members and guests.
Use of the pool:
The pool of our community is open but only by appointment through registration. Each section is 45min.
You understand that the use of the pool is at your own risk since there is no supervision from professionals. Special risk maybe involved with the aforementioned activity. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that may present to children who are not supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming in cases where a person has health risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from the use of the pool. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming this constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Here you can enjoy long walks along the avocado groves and trails that lead to the open space and expanse of blue sky around Loma Ridge, along with community amenities including:
Club Room, Pool, Spa, Wading Pool, Tot Lot/Play Area, Picnic Areas, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, Fireplace, Informal Community Lawn, Shade Structures.
Walking distance to tennis court and other amenities (approximately 2 miles)
