Welcome to your own private getaway, overlooking the ocean in Raumati South. The ultimate perfect getaway for couples or singles wanting to relax and unwind. This is as close to the ocean as you can get without stepping onto the beach – sea breeze and quiet seclusion with the most amazing views.

Indoors flow into outdoors with large glass sliding doors opening the whole room to the private balcony. Double glazing throughout keeps the studio warm and quiet. The views are awe-inspiring in any weather – whether its clear skies, cloudscapes or stunning sunsets. It’s even the perfect spot to watch the winter storms roll in!
Enjoy the ocean panorama from Kapiti Island and islands of the Marlborough Sounds south to Mana Island and the rugged hills of Pukerua Bay. Minimal city lights make for great star gazing and the moon setting over the ocean is a real treat.
You’ll have direct access down the steps to our safe beach. It’s great for swimming in the warm season. It’s perfect for long walks any time of the year!
Dine out at one of our great local cafes or restaurants – just 1.5km to Raumati Beach village and under a kilometre to Raumati South village. Or stay in and use the fully featured kitchen. If a classic beachside barbecue is more your thing, just let us know – we’ll make the Webber available for you.

Terms & Cancellations
A deposit of 40% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to check-in. Services and incidentals (damage or breakages) are then due within seven days of your departure unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been made for the balance of the accommodation at 30 days before check in, this will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: the full deposit is refunded.
Cancellations between 90 and 42 days of arrival: the deposit is refunded less 10%.
Bookings cancelled within 42 days of arrival: 100% of deposit is charged.
