Your property
The Home sleeps up to 8 and possesses four large bedrooms all with built-in robes. The second floor contains two bedrooms with queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. It also has a second bathroom, separate toilet and a third living area (with smart TV). The undercover balcony upstairs is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine with views up and down Shaw Street or a morning coffee watching the sun rise. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a private ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and smart TV.
The ground floor offers open plan living, spacious dining room and galley style kitchen area. The dining room has seating for 8 with additional seating available along the breakfast bar. The kitchen has plenty of bench space for preparing meals and is well-equipped (large two door fridge, dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, cookware, cutlery). Adjacent to the kitchen is the walk-in pantry. The ground floor also includes an open reception area and an additional adjoining Living area in the family room, both rooms have a 2 and 3 seat lounge and smart TV.
The two modern bathrooms both have a shower with the addition of a rain head and the main bathroom upstairs has a free-standing bathtub. We provide complimentary quality soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and towels. A hairdryer in each Bathroom is included for guest use.
The modern equipped Laundry has a washing machine and dryer for your use during your stay located on the ground floor and there is also an adjacent separate 3rd toilet. There is an outdoor and indoor clothesline provided for your convenience.
A study desk in the front reception area is provided for guests to use as an office/study space during their stay.
