Cafés, bakeries, and the cinema are just as close. 3 bedrooms with premium linen, 2.5 bathrooms, open-plan living, full kitchen, laundry, and secure garage across our beautiful 2 story townhouse.
Hear the waves at night, grab coffee barefoot in the morning, and settle into a stay that makes you wish you didnât have to leave.
The space
Welcome to Salty Days, a beautifully appointed two-storey beach house in the heart of Sawtell. The patrolled surf beach is less than a two-minute walk away. The iconic fig tree lined main street is at your doorstep with access to cafés, wine bars, bakeries and boutiques.
Upstairs youâll find three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, all styled with premium linen and considered touches to make your stay comfortable. Downstairs is light-filled and open, with living, dining, and kitchen spaces that are as functional as they are relaxed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for nights in or lazy breakfasts, and thereâs a full internal laundry and bathtub if you need them. Youâll also have a secure garage with internal access â but once you arrive, you probably wonât need the car.
You can hear the waves at night. You can grab your morning coffee barefoot. Everything you need is close. Itâs an easy place to arrive and even harder to leave â the kind of stay that has you wondering what life would look like if you never went back.
Sawtell Beach is one of the best on the coast â a rare blend of cracking surf breaks and safe, patrolled swimming zones. Whether you're up early chasing peaks or taking the kids for a splash in the protected southern end, it's all right there. Roll out of bed, grab your board or towel, and be in the water within minutes. No driving, no packing the car â just pure, spontaneous beach time whenever you want it.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.
We do keep some belongings a the property with some cupboards marked âPrivate,â âDo Not Open,â or that are locked and are off-limits. Please do not tamper with or force open any locked doors, closets, or containers. This includes utility cupboards, the ownerâs supply closet, or any clearly marked storage..
Please note this is a duplex block with a separately owned and operated holiday home next door (72B). The driveway areas are common property so please be respectful in regards to noise and ensuring the driveway is not blocked. If you have a second vehicle or are not parking in our garage you will need to utilise the street parking as cars cannot be parked on common property.
