The complex offers a beautiful pool and spacious spa, ideal for both kids and adults to enjoy. It also includes two undercover BBQ areas, providing a great spot for family meals and relaxed outdoor dining on your holiday. With the beach entrance just 240m away, you’ll love being able to pop over for a dip and rinse off easily at the outdoor shower.

The spacious undercover balcony features an 8-seater dining table, nestled among native trees to offer a private and tranquil setting for outdoor meals and morning coffees.

Downstairs, the kids will love the generous 3rd bedroom, complete with high ceilings, a tri-bunk, a single sofa bed, TV, and ceiling fan. This room opens out onto a small deck for enjoying the morning sunshine and also offers carport #1 access via a lockable second door.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 both include a Queen bed and ceiling fan for your comfort. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sick.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all your essential kitchenware to prepare meals in your home away from home. You'll find a fridge/freezer, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO Pods), oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

The open-plan living/dining room includes two cozy couches and a plush leather recliner, perfect for settling in after a beach day. Enjoy the Smart TV and books provided for downtime, or take in the fresh air from the large balcony. The indoor dining table seats 6, while the outdoor setting accommodates larger groups.
