Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

DOG POO! The room was well equipped, clean and new. Every time you enter the lift you are sharing it with dogs. It appears every unit owner has a dog and the entire Ritz-Carlton block is covered in dog 💩

The apartment itself was lovely. Perfect size for a single business traveller, however the communication with the property manager was frustrating. I didn’t receive my access code to pick up the keys so I had to wait 45 mins whilst trying to get someone to respond to me. I received numerous duplicated messages with information and it all just felt a little messy.
The apartment itself was lovely. But communication wasn’t good.
