Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire main-floor suite, including the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a fully fenced backyard.

You’ll have a private entrance with keypad self-check-in and one dedicated parking spot right outside.

No shared spaces, just a bright, comfortable home base in the heart of Golden. This is a duplex, so we do ask that you be quiet and respect the guests next door.

Check-In Information:
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later than 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance through the Airbnb app.

Private Suite: This is one half of a duplex. The other unit (“Golden Rockies East”) is completely separate with no shared spaces.

Winter Access: Driveway is plowed, but AWD or winter tires are recommended from Nov–Apr.

Gear Storage: There’s room for smaller gear like boots and packs inside; for bikes or skis, use your vehicle or backyard.

Eco-Friendly Stay: We recycle and encourage guests to do the same.
