The spacious pool house has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large bi-fold doors opening out to the pool on one side, and the tennis court and private deck on the other side. The games room connects the living area with the bedroom and ensuite, and features a ping pong table, again with large bi-fold doors opening out to poolside lounge furniture, and steps down to the tennis court (Please enquire about tennis equipment available for guest use, including rackets, balls and padel ball machine).

The large resort style swimming pool allows for good separation from the main house, with private lounge seating overlooking the pool. The spa pool is also available for guest use.

Please note there are no laundry facilities within the pool house, but for guests staying longer the use of these facilities can be arranged with the owner.

Close to Westfield Mall in Albany, plenty of beautiful North Shore Beaches, and only 25 minutes from the CBD, this is a great base for couples or friends looking for a unique escape with great access to North Shore amenities. The neighbouring cemetery also provides plenty of walking and jogging options for guests wanting some exercise, and the resident sheep on the property are also very friendly!

Guests have exclusive use of the pool house which includes their own private access, living, kitchen, dining, bedroom and games room with ping pong table. They also have shared use of the enormous swimming pool, spa pool, and tennis court.

There is a strict NO PARTY policy at the property. Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay at the house. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Penalties apply if this booking policy is no adhered to, The booking will be instantly cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the house.
