The home features a cozy lounge, open-plan kitchen and dining area, a main bedroom with its own toilet, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. Youâll also enjoy a full laundry, a fenced front yard, and a generous backyardâperfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or spending quality time together.
The Space:
Welcome to Kennington House. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is walking distance from Bendigo's CBD and train station.
Inside this home you'll fall in love with:
- 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 x queen and 2 x king single beds. The main bedroom with queen bed also features an ensuite with toilet and hand basin - great for added privacy and comfort. All bedrooms have split systems, keeping you comfortable year round.
- Separate light-filled living room with flat screen TV, ample seating options and split system air-conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and more.
- Dining area located next to the kitchen. Enjoy a meal at the table or breakfast bar.
- Beautifully renovated shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
- Laundry with washing machine, dryer and everything you need to do washing away from home.
- Fully fenced front and backyards, well maintained with seating areas to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon wine.
