At MP Beach Club (250m to beach), 'pet-friendly' is an understatement. We welcome your furry family members without question, as we believe holidays are for the entire family, paws and all. Your pets are welcome both inside the cottage and out. Each unit boasts a large, private, and fully-fenced yard with a pergolaâa safe and spacious area for them to play and relax. To make them feel right at home, we provide pet blankets, bowls, and toys. As a unique touch, some of our single-bedroom units also feature a luxurious outdoor bathtub, perfect for rinsing off a sandy pup after a fun day at the beach! Inside, every cottage is equipped with modern amenities for your comfort. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen , split-system air conditioning and heating , ceiling fans , and a cozy indoor fireplace (BYO firewood is welcome). For your entertainment, we provide a smart TV, a DVD player, and free Wifi. All linens and towels are supplied, so all you need to do is arrive and unwind. All of this is located just a 250-meter flat walk to the beach and is central to the Mornington Peninsula's most popular attractions.
Our MP Beach Club cottages, located at 15 Burdett Street, Tootgarook, offer the perfect base for your Mornington Peninsula getaway. We are centrally located, putting the region's best attractions within easy reach. Enjoy the convenience of being just a 250-meter walk from the beautiful bay beach and the Capel Sound boat launch. A large, dog-friendly park is situated directly opposite the property. A wonderful local highlight is the Tootgarook Community Market, held on the fourth Saturday of each month at the nearby primary school, just a 350-meter stroll from your door. Itâs perfect for finding fresh local produce, gourmet foods, and handmade crafts. You are also only a 7-minute drive from the famous Peninsula Hot Springs and moments from a host of world-class wineries. Within a 30-minute drive, you can play a round of golf, explore stunning national parks, ride the scenic Arthurâs Seat Eagle cable cars, visit local fruit farms or enjoy tree-top adventures.
