Welcome to this incredible 1980âs original with incredible Beachfront views over stunning Knights Beach.
Walk to cafeâs and boutiques or the famous Port Elliot Bakery. Enjoy a cliff top stroll to Horseshoe Bay and lunch at Flying Fish cafe. Take the bike trail to Middleton and Goolwa or the other direction into Victor Harbor. The beaches are fabulous. The choice is yours whether to surf or swim.
This solid brick townhouse offers two bedrooms downstairs. Master with Queen bed and bedroom 2 with two sets of bunk beds. The laundry is downstairs also with washing machine. The clothes line is out in the back courtyard.
There is a bathroom as you head up the stairs and once at the top, youâll find a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room that all enjoy the sweeping views over Knights beach and across to Hayborough and Victor Harbor.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Basic kitchen supplies are there for you as well as soaps and shampoo in the bathroom.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Out the back is a fully fenced courtyard with a bbq as well as covered car parking area.
Small well behaved dogs may be welcome with prior permission. There is a $75 pet fee payable. Sorry no puppies under 12 months.
Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside.
No parties and no schoolies.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
$300 bond payable just before your stay and will be held until check out then refunded once checked.
We are not far away if needed but youâll have the whole place to yourselves
No smoking
No parties or events
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
