By Car: From Melbourne CBD, take the Eastern Freeway (M3) heading east. Exit at Springvale Road, continue to Old Warrandyte Road, and you’ll reach the property in about 30–35 minutes (traffic depending). The property is in a quiet, leafy residential street with plenty of private parking.
By Train: Take the Belgrave/Lilydale Line to Nunawading Station. From there, it’s a 10 minute drive or Uber ride to the property.
By Bus: Hop on Bus Route 271 or 273 which stops along Springvale Road. You’ll be about a 10-minute walk from the house. Ideal if you’re exploring the area without a car.
From the Airport: From Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, it’s about 45 minutes by car via the M80 Ring Road and M3 Eastern Freeway.
Note: Solar heated pool only increases the pool temperature between 3-4 degrees of the existing pool temperature. Not suitable for swimming in the cooler months.
