BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a 60" LG Smart TV with a Chromecast device attached at the back, allowing you to stream content directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can access your own Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming accounts. Please note that we donât provide subscriptions to these platforms, so youâll need to use your own logins. The TV also offers access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage provides parking spaces for two cars. For additional parking, there is an open public paid parking in front of the complex - Note the entrance to the car park is from Bowes Street, just before you turn into 15 Bowes Street. Look for the driveway on the left-hand side if you're coming from Hindmarsh Drive.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, gym, pool and common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay. To access the amenities from the unit, take the hallway path to the right before reaching the elevators. The gym uses the air key for entry, and the pool, courtyard, and BBQ are through the door at the end of the hallway.
Pool and BBQ 6am-10pm. Gym 24H.
All in level 5, Same level as unit.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Your keys are in the "All in One Super Mart - Phillip" just beside the building's entrance. The shop's hours are MondayâFriday: 07:30â21:00, Saturday: 09:00â21:00, Sunday: 10:00â19:00. If you need to collect or drop off keys outside those hours, please contact us immediately.

Please be advised that during this period, workers may be operating outside your windows. We recommend taking any steps you feel necessary to ensure your privacy while the works are underway.
Kindly note that while the schedule has been carefully planned, it may be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a 60" LG Smart TV with a Chromecast device attached at the back, allowing you to stream content directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can access your own Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming accounts. Please note that we donât provide subscriptions to these platforms, so youâll need to use your own logins. The TV also offers access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage provides parking spaces for two cars. For additional parking, there is an open public paid parking in front of the complex - Note the entrance to the car park is from Bowes Street, just before you turn into 15 Bowes Street. Look for the driveway on the left-hand side if you're coming from Hindmarsh Drive.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, gym, pool and common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay. To access the amenities from the unit, take the hallway path to the right before reaching the elevators. The gym uses the air key for entry, and the pool, courtyard, and BBQ are through the door at the end of the hallway.

All in level 5, Same level as unit.
