You won't want to miss the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets from the balcony. The primary full bath is located directly outside the bedroom door. Both full baths are equipped with tub and shower. The Century I condominium building conveniently located close to grocery retail, department stores, dine-in and carry-out restaurants, the public library, and several places of worship. Everything you would need is within walking distance for your Ocean City Maryland beach vacation. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for one parking spot at the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a first come first serve basis through the Century 1 building directly at $10 per day or $50 per week. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
