Situated on the third floor of the harbourfront Cutter Court, is this unique two-bedroom vacation villa.
With hardwood floors, the living room is light and airy in tones of sage, yellow and slate, featuring a truly breathtaking vista of Harbour Town and the waters of Calibogue Sound beyond. A granite-topped entertainment console features a high-definition flat screen TV and DVD, surrounded by plush seating. Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony for enjoying the fresh seabreezes and gorgeous sunsets.
Adjoining the living room is a windowside dining area, also viewing the harbour, with glass topped table for six.
Fully appointed, the kitchen showcases beautiful granite countertops, stone flooring, and a flat cooktop oven. The kitchen also has its own flatscreen TV.
With hardwood floors, the master bedroom is lovely in blue and beige, with a flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. Its private bath is serene in muted tones, with wide granite topped vanity, stone flooring, a large walk-in shower with bench. The bathroom also has a wall-mounted blow dryer.
The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, his and hers closets and a flat screen TV with DVD. Its private bathroom has stone flooring, a pedestal sink, a lovely tiled shower and a wall-mounted blow dryer.
