The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals in-home, or fire up the BBQ outside & dine al fresco in the private covered patio. The single bathroom is clean & functional, with fresh towels provided.

Located only one street from the beachfront the ocean is a short 2min stroll down the beach access walkway.
Coastal walking trails, local cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within close proximity.

Whether you`re soaking up the sun, exploring the shoreline, or simply relaxing on the veranda, this home promises a laid-back holiday with timeless charm.
Only the guests listed in your booking are permitted overnight.
You must be 25 years or older to book the property.
Visitors are only permitted during non quiet hours.
No parties or events without permission — breaking this rule may lead to cancellation of the stay (no refund).
Noise / Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Respect our neighbours: no loud music, shouting, or group gatherings.
Strict noise control policy applies during quiet hours (including no music).
Smoking / Vaping/ Alcohol
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
If permitted outside: use the ashtray / bin and clean up properly.
Heavy drinking is not permitted at the property.
Zero tolerance of drugs policy applies.
Pets
No Pets (unless property is listed as pet friendly & only if pre-approved).
Please clean up after your pet.
Pets must have own bedding.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Pets are not to be left alone at the property at any time.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for pet-related damage or mess.
Cleanliness
Kindly keep the space tidy.
Wash or load used dishes, no food in bedrooms.
Please use the bins for all rubbish.
Clean BBQ after use - if left dirty, extra cleaning fee will apply.
If property is left in a very messy state, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Outdoors
Please put away any outdoor furniture after use where it belongs. (Cushions go back indoors etc).
Umbrellas are closed & put away.
Blinds are closed & locked down.
No food or glass in pool/ spa. (If applies).
Children must always be supervised around pool/ spa areas.
Damage
Report any loss, breakages or damages to your Host right away.
Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Safety & Security
Lock doors, windows & gates when leaving the property.
Replacement keys/ swipe tags - a replacement fee will apply.
Parking
Use only the designated parking spot(s).
Waste & Recycling
Please separate recycling and rubbish as per bins.
Dispose of rubbish according to the local collection system.
Rubbish bins are for household rubbish only & any excess amount of rubbish is guest responsibility to remove, otherwise a rubbish removal fee may apply.

Appliances & Amenities
Use appliances (oven, laundry, heater, etc.) as intended & turn off at wall when not in use.
Let us know immediately if anything isn’t working or breaks.
Respect for Neighbours / Shared Spaces
Be considerate in shared or common areas.
Keep noise down, especially during quiet hours.
Breaches of Rules
Any breaches of rules - Guests may be asked to leave without refund.
Any property callouts due to breaching rules a $250 - call out fee will apply.
