Welcome to Zion Mountain Villa.
This private 9600 Sq ft. gated Villa offers the most amazing accommodations and incredible views for the travels that are looking for a very special experience.
The Villa offers a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bath, an 8 seat Theater room/dance club, private hot tub. Pool table, Fooseball Table, Bocce court, Horse shoe pit, cornhole and 2 fire pits. A gourmet kitchen with seating for 14.
* The master bedroom provides a King size bed with amazing views of Zion National Park.
* Upstairs provided 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and King sized beds. One of the upstairs Bedrooms has 2 King sized beds.
* Private guest house offering a queen bed and an additional kitchen.

Corporate Retreat

This is a beautiful property, very spacious, perfect for a retreat to get away and relax. It’s built with all the modern luxury but also blends well with the natural beauty of Zion Park. Owner is the most engaged and interactive I’ve ever experienced with suggestions to make your stay the best possible! Also consider the chef for sure.

Stunning Zion Villa

The Zion Villa is even more gorgeous in real life. The views will leave you speechless. We hosted our micro-wedding here and had a wonderful team of vendors who were familiar with the villa. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a unique experience in Zion.

Gorgeous home for Zion/Bryce vacation

We enjoyed a fabulous mini college reunion at this gorgeous property. The location was perfect for spending a few days in Zion park, a day at Bryce, and a few days just enjoying the home and landscape. Plenty to do and great kitchen for cooking together. Highly recommended!

Awesome property with outstanding views

13 members of our family spent four nights at Bella Zion (while 4 others stayed in a nearby home in Ponderosa Ranch.). We found Bella Zion to be not only gorgeous but also spacious enough for our big group. It was appointed with everything we could possibly need. We had plenty of parking space for our 5 vehicles, and as a bonus feature, we were conveniently located to many beautiful hikes in Zion as well as nearby Jeep and UTV tours. Sunday through Thursday was not ample time to enjoy all the features of this home!!

Lovely Home

The home was perfect in everyway! The space was great for our family members and friends. Enjoyed using the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice; comfortable bedding and nice having private bathrooms. Enjoyed the outdoor space; games, hiking, hot tub and the beautiful views. Great location to the parks too! Highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay!

Amazing property!

This was one of the best houses we have stayed. It’s huge, beautiful, extremely clean and well stocked. There are tons of activities for the kids. It is very close to Zion. The houses is even better than pictures. I would highly recommend staying here. Glen had great communication, too.

Wedding Weekend of Our Dreams

You must stay here!! It’s truly a house for giants! We had everything we needed and more for our weekend. We had our family and wedding party stay at the house and then we had about 40 people attend our wedding at the house! It was gorgeous! The beds were VERY comfortable. The movie theater room and hot tubs were SO fun!! I cried when we had to leave. This is a special place. Book it. Right. Now.

Wow what a house

Incredible house, very comfortable and huge. It was a shame that we were there during a fire ban as the outdoor space and multiple fire pits are incredible. The views are stunning and the proximity to Zion park is amazing. Though there are other houses in the development it feels very secluded. Lots of bedrooms and space.

Amazing property - bar is set too high now

This property was beyond expectations, and expectations were high based on posted photos. The architecture is immaculate, as well as the furniture and accents. We had a perfect family reunion, starting with every family member entering the house with amazement. The only downside is it will be tough to beat this property for future family reunions.

Perfect family vacation!!

This home was just perfect for our family, which included 4 married couples and 3 young grandchildren. The kitchen and dining area made it so easy to cook for a big group and with 2 dishwashers and 2 separate ovens! We loved the oversized round dining table! The grandchildren loved playing on the solid playground and surrounding area. The nearby Ponderosa Ranch was fun for them as well. We have already recommended this home to interested friends and will definitely try to return some day!

Wedding Venue with Family

Glen’s Zion Villa is an amazing property. We had our wedding and a reception dinner on two of the Villa’s patio’s with beautiful views of Zion in the background. It was a small ceremony so we were able to have all of our family stay with us on the property. Glen is a great host - he was very helpful with ideas and recommendations for our ceremony. I would highly recommend this property whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, family reunion or just looking for a phenomenal getaway Thank you Glen - it was amazing!!

This is truly an amazing house for a large group

Everything about this home from the views, the fact that every bedroom has their own private bath, the well stocked pantry, the plethora of appliances, pots, pans. dishes was beyond our expectations. Top that with the best Host/Owner Glenn who not only provided us with a ton of great advice prior to our trip but was available throughout our stay by answering phone calls and texts within minutes. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be back again and again.

Beautiful house with fantastic scenery.

This was a great house to stay in for a week with 16 other people. The place was clean and in good condition. The garbage was picked up every day by Tim Esplin and he always was very helpful if any issue or question about the house came up. I would highly recommend this place as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there with our family. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc.

Wonderful Stay

We came for a family retreat at Zion and this was one of the houses we rented! The house is absolutely beautiful! It’s more like a castle than a house. The amenities were wonderful. The view from the living room is breath taking. It was the nicest house we have ever stayed at. Glen was very kind and understanding of our situation and worked with us above and beyond! We will definitely come back and stay at Glen’s beautiful “castle” when we come back at Zion! Thank you Glen!

Beautiful luxurious home with stunning setting

We booked this home for our 20th wedding anniversary, and invited my in-laws and my husband's sister's family and we absolutely loved this gorgeous home! we were pretty busy hiking Zion and only stayed a few days, but can't wait to go back sometime for a longer stay. Upon returning from our hikes, it was so enjoyable to soak in the hot tub and do some star gazing! beautiful hiking right from the house too! Glenn was super accommodating in assisting us with all of our needs and had great recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend this property!

Spectacular doesn’t give this justice!

This was an amazing stay for my family and I. We celebrated a special day together and the property made it all the more enjoyable. The fire pit outside area is perfect for entertaining and the view out the back is one of the best views anywhere. We particularly enjoyed the large, fully stocked kitchen and the laundry room. The stars shine brilliantly here and we could not get enough of them. Glen was a kind and exceptionally helpful host with suggestions if needed. Thank you and we will be back one day!

Awesome house

you've heard it before but pictures don't do this house justice. We had three familes, 14 people stay and never felt crowded. Kids loved the theater in basement and adults could visit in great room and comfortably talk and visit. The master suite is just that with its own office and secluded space. Brent was easy to deal with and available with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Best stay in Zion!!

What a wonderful house! We have stayed in many houses in Ponderosa Ranch And this one was the best by far. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need and more. The new deck was our favorite part of the entire stay. Watching the stars at night was simply breathtaking. There are so many fun activities to do for the kids and for us. The house was immaculately clean and the owner Glen could not have been more accommodating. We are already talking about renting the house again next year.

An awesome place to call home for our group of adults and kids alike while exploring Utah.

The house is immaculate with a well stock kitchen. This was our base for exploring Zion and Bryce, it's so convenient as it's only 8 miles away from Zion east entrance. The kids had such a great time relaxing and watching movies after a day of hiking. I have to say I love the kitchen most that we were able to serve breakfast and dinner to all while the moms have fun working in that big space. Sunrise and sunset from the backyard is incredible to see. We understand why many weddings take place here. Thank you for such a memorable vacation! Kudos to the management company for prompt responses when we need something.

Awesome!

Our large group have stayed in 3 different houses in East Zion and you will not find a nicer home that this. The location and orientation provide unbelievable views. The beautifully maintained yard is well thought out and provides multiple areas for people to sit and enjoy those views, as well as take part in activities like corn hole, bocce ball or horseshoes. There is even a hammock under some shade trees. Mule deer wander by daily. The interior of the home is equally stunning with a very large and functional kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen has multiple ovens and dishwashers, room for several people to work at once and is unbelievably stocked. This makes cooking for a large group very easy. The rest of the interior is equally impressive and well stocked with sheets/towels, etc. Finally, Glen is the best host I have ever worked with. He is very responsive and genuinely interested in making your stay a special one.

Beautiful and spacious

We had this house completely full for a family reunion and there was plenty of space to get together (especially in the kitchen with the 14 bar stools) or to spread out into bedrooms, sitting areas and the home theater. We fashioned a pickleball court (trash cans for net) on one of the very large patios and had a great time. We made use of the pool and mini-golf at nearby Zion Ponderosa Resort, and only a few miles further is an awesome trail to Observation Point overlooking Zion Canyon. It was about 45 minutes to park in Zion Canyon and take the shuttle to see more of the park. The house is very well kept and maintenance man Tim stopped by daily to take away trash and fix any little thing that needed fixing. Brent the homeowner was very cordial and helpful with all my questions before we arrived. About the only thing I could ask for are a few more chairs outside - it was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the far off lightening in the evening.
