Step inside and be greeted by the home’s bright, open layout. The spacious living room features plenty of cozy seating on a large couch, perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day of exploring.
To the right of the living room, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms and a shared full bath. The first bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds that comfortably fit adults or kids, and its high ceilings make the space feel airy and open. A fun bonus loft area gives kids their own special hideaway to play games, read, or just hang out. The primary bedroom offers a fresh, airy feel with a king-sized bed — the perfect place to unwind and drift off to sleep. A full shared bath with a tub/shower completes this wing of the home.
Off the living room, there’s a versatile room that doubles as a home office (if you need to squeeze in a little work during your stay) and a cozy media space with a good-sized couch and TV — which can also serve as extra sleeping accommodations if needed.
The bright dining area, surrounded by windows, offers a large table perfect for family meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, modern appliances, and everything you need to whip up home-cooked meals. A washer and dryer add extra convenience.

This property is available for nightly rentals in the off season, 4 night minimum. A $200.00 cleaning fee will apply to nightly rentals.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
