Welcome home! We are excited to host you during your stay in Regina.

The kitchen area features an open-concept design and is fully stocked with the cooking essentials needed for hosting a large event or preparing an intimate dinner. The living room has a smart TV and ample seating to accommodate large crowds for the big game or team-building events.

The basement recreation room also includes a large smart TV and a wet bar for hosting.

The covered three-season deck includes outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. The backyard space is fully landscaped with a play structure and room for the kids to run. In addition, the yard features a full-scale organic garden that guests can pick from for their dining pleasure.

Your stay will include towels, toiletries, and other travel essentials. Each bed has been purchased new, and linens have been chosen to optimize comfort, promoting a restful and recharging sleep. We also accommodate any special requests.

As parents who travel often with children, our home is well stocked with kitchen essentials, highchair (upon request), a pack and play (upon request), toys, night lights, baby gates (upon request), a stroller, and a kid-friendly backyard that includes a playset and sand area.

Bedroom 1: Includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and attached ensuite with a soaker tub and custom tile shower.

Bedroom 2: Includes two double beds.

Bedroom 3: Includes a king-size bed.

Bedroom 4: Includes a queen and double bunk.

Bedroom 5: Includes a queen and double bunk.

Bedroom 6: Includes a queen bed. This room is main floor accessible

There is a designated working space with a large desk and high-speed internet.

The garage offers parking space for two vehicles in addition to two driveway parking stalls and street parking.

This home is located in a well-established, newly developed neighborhood close to many connecting bike/walking paths and various amenities, including restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, two coffee shops, an indoor swimming pool, and other essential businesses.

Distance to other Regina attractions include Mosaic stadium/REAL district/Cooperators center (17 min) Wascana lake (10 min), RCMP Heritage museum (20 min) Science Center/IMAX (10 min) and the Royal Saskatchewan museum (10 min), Wascana Golf Club (10 min) Royal Regina Golf Club (20 min).
