Quiet area. Walking distance to Tim Hortons, Save on Foods, many fast food locations, nice walking path in the area. Also short drive to U of R and 16 minute drive to College Ave campus and Darke Hall. Comfortable bed, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, a few dishes, bath towels supplied. We would stay here again if in Regina.
This is a lower level walkout, very bright when blinds opened. Unit was super clean and furniture comfortable. Kitchen supplies were lacking (ie: no wine glasses, tea towels or kitchen sponge). The only downside was the cooking smells.
The couch is very comfortable and there is a VERY large television, if you want to watch.
This property is a small bachelor/studio apartment. Everything is in one area. There is a microwave and a fridge, along with the bare essentials of a VRBO.
No sidewalk for an entrance, only boards. This was awkward for a lady carrying a suitcase.
Backyard remains to be landscaped, so is not useable or inviting.
The host expected guests to do their own dishes and remove their own garbage, but did not supply any dish towels
.
There is no way to regulate the temperature in this property.
Everything is new and very clean.
The suite was nice, clean and modern. My husband and I just had a couple of concerns
1) the rental price was in US dollars but that was not clear on the rental page.
2) there were fees on top of the rental price that were not mention initially, or at least I didnât see them until after I had booked and could not cancel. I guess I should have known there were other fees because the rental price was so good. We are in Canada so I thought the prices were in Canadian dollars. We are seniors and would have appreciated a seniors discount..
Because we rarely travel I donât expect to use a Vrbo any time soon.
