Street parking is always available but there is ample parking places behind the automatic gates.
One can catch buses to go anywhere within a 5 min walk.
I live locally so know the area well and can either meet you when checking in or can leave the keys in a locked box for contactless check in.
Iâd recommend googling the top 10 things to do in Fremantle if your short of things to do.
Fremantle CBD and East Fremantle are both in walking distance.
There are two bicycles available for use if you want to explore further.
There is street parking as well as secure parking at the back of the building via an automated gate.
If there is anything your needing feel free to let me know and Iâll do what I can to provide you with your needs.
There is to be no smoking in the Unit or Building. There is a very large area to the LH or Easter side of the building with places to sit and enjoy your cigarette.
Please avoid wearing shoes in the apartment and leave the place as you found it including the washing, drying and putting away all dishes.
All Rubbish and Recycling is to be removed and placed in the designated rubbish/trash area to the LH side of the building.
The Apartment and Building does not allow Smoking but there are ample spaces outside where smoking is permitted. Any Smoking inside will endure a second cleaning fee to carry out a thorough extra deep clean and sanitation in preparation for the next guest.
Please remove all rubbish and recycling into the waste management area to the LH side of the building.
Overall leave the apartment in the same condition you found it in.
Please water the plants and feed the fish per the house manual instructions.
There is to be no third party booking allowed unless written permission has been given. When a third party booking is made the names and contact details of each guest needs to be provided. Any violations of this Airbnb rule will be met with an immediate cancellation of the booking.
For late checkout up to two hours past the 10am check out without permission there will be an extra $50 fee.
Any late check out past the 2 hour being 12 noon without permission there will be a full undiscounted day fee charged.
Any extra charges accrued by Cleaning staff not being able to carry out a scheduled clean or and guests inconvenienced by not being able to check in because of an unapproved late check will be past onto the guest checking out late.
Plants = I hope you appreciate the use of plants to decorate the apartment. They are very easy care and simply need watering onceâs a week. They have self draining pots that have an inspection hole down the bottom that allows you to insert a finger to check to see if there is any water left. If the bottom of the pot is dry then they need water. During the summer months they may need more care. Any blatant neglect of the plant resulting in the demise will incur a replacement cost.
Fish Tank = I hope you can appreciate the fish tank with the fish which brings a bit of life to the apartment. If you can take care of them for me that would be great. You can feed yellow Cichlids the âballâ fish feed every second or third day with two pinches of food. You can also place two âGreen Diskâ fish food in the tank once a week which feeds the Cat Fish.
You can turn the lights on in the tank in the evening for more ambiance but please switch them off during the day as they appreciate the dark and it reduces fungus growth.
If the tank has running water it means that all is good and the water is circulating as it should. If there are any problems or concerns with the tank feel free to message me and Iâll be able to resolve it for you.
I have an aquarium specialist arrive monthly to clean and service the tank. If you notice anything that may not be working as it should Iâd appreciate that you would message me. Any unplugging of the tank by accident or neglect resulting in the death of the fish will result in additional replacement costs.
This is a none smoking apartment and building per Strata company bylaws. If you have the need to smoke please smoke outside and there is a lovely area to the Eastern side (LH side) of the building that has tables and chairs under some trees for you to enjoy your cigarette/s. Failure to comply with the none smoking rule in the apartment will be met with additional $150 deep cleaning costs associated with the removal of any traces or hints of smoke.
Key Return - Any failure to return the keys to either the lockbox or the mailbox will be met with an additional replacement cost of $225 including the electronic remote fob and specialist security keys.
Locked Out - On the occasion that you find yourself where you have left the keys inside and you have locked yourself out, message me and Iâll do my utmost to either attend or have someone attend with the keys to ley you in. This May incur an additional fee of $50.
Late Checkout Rules - If you would like a late checkout past 10am please message a day or two before to request via the Airbnb massages. A written reply to your request will,be required before late checkout can occur as there is cleaning and future guests to consider. If it is possible we are more than willing to oblige. If no late Checkout was requested or accepted and the Cleaning Team find themselves held up there will be an additional days rent charged as the cleaning team will have to return the next day.
