Nestled at the rear of a tranquil Mudgee property, this pet-friendly home offers a lush retreat with a private entrance. Begin the day in the open-plan living area, sink into the sofas and unwind with your favourite Netflix series on the smart TV.

Whip up delicious meals in the compact yet efficient kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine to elevate your morning ritual. Dine at the timber table or savour your meal alfresco on the outdoor deck with the BBQ sizzling nearby.

As night falls, retreat to the serene bedroom featuring a king-size bed layered in soft linens. Freshen up in the adjoining bathroom and make use of the private washer, ideal for longer stays.

Indulge in a soothing soak in the Balinese-inspired outdoor bath, nestled among bamboo fencing and lush greenery. Pair the moment with a glass of Mudgee’s iconic Cabernet Sauvignon and let the day melt away. Access to firewood is shared with guests staying in the main house, so availability may vary. While the large shed at the front of the property is not accessible, and the main house may host a separate group of guests, all outdoor areas mentioned above are reserved exclusively for your stay.

Split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area and bedroom ensure year-round comfort. Ample off-street parking is available with a double garage and two additional driveway spaces. For those travelling with little ones, a high chair and a portacot are available on request. Extra pillows and blankets are available for extra comfort.

Please note that while we welcome pets, the yard is not fully secured, and dogs must not be left unattended at any time.
