• The washing machine (brand new) is located in the kitchen, with the dryer and clothes line in a laundry area just outside — a practical setup with excellent drying options.

• The rear deck enjoys glorious sun throughout the day — it’s wonderful in winter, but can get quite warm in the early afternoon during summer before cooling off.

• This is the owner's primary home. There may be non-perishable items left in the pantry for guest's usage, and some cupboards may also contain personal items.

Ants when we arrived. Broken toilet seat was never fixed. No supplies for children like portsbeds or booster seats for eating.Property was in a nice area convenient to Manly.
