Welcome to your perfect family getaway! This spacious, split-level home has been newly renovated and offers five generous bedrooms and multiple living areas. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge on the upper level flow seamlessly onto a balcony with stunning ocean views—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Downstairs, you'll find a second expansive living room that opens to a tranquil, private backyard.
The Space:
This large, split-level Federation-style home in Coogee has been beautifully renovated within the past 12 months, blending its original charm—like high ceilings and classic features—with modern comforts throughout.
Upstairs (street level) features a generous master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, and a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space that opens onto a balcony with ocean views and a BBQ—perfect for entertaining.
Downstairs offers even more space with a second double bedroom, a full bathroom plus an additional toilet, and a huge second living area or rumpus room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to a private backyard, ideal for relaxing or letting the kids play.
Just 600 metres from the golden sands of Coogee Beach, this home combines comfort, space, and a prime location.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. TDownstairs study will be locked for personal storage.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located just a short stroll from Coogee Beach, vibrant cafes, restaurants, and local shops—yet tucked away in a peaceful pocket of this lively beachside suburb. Enjoy the best of both worlds: coastal tranquility with everything at your fingertips. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach the city and nearby shopping centres.
Getting Around:
Parking space available outside house or street parking. 200 metres walk to nearest bus stop
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
