On the doorstep of Newcastle's vibrant city centre awaits this renovated private retreat that offers room for the whole family with a touch of luxury and a leafy aspect looking down towards Newcastle City Hall.
Including four bedrooms, generous off-street parking, and multiple outdoor areas, you have ample space to enjoy your stay. Complete with stylish yet comfortable decor, smart TV, air-conditioning, and well-appointed kitchen you may not want to leave.
The property is pet friendly.
The location of this property is a major drawcard, as you can see from the drone shots. It is only 500m to Darby St and an abundance of cafes, bars, and boutique shops. It is also only a 5-minute walk to King Edward Park, a 10-minute walk to Newcastle Beach, and a 15-minute walk into Hunter St mall, where you can conveniently access the Light Rail.
The house itself is 4-bedroom with a full bathroom plus additional powder room, and large double garage plus additional parking space in front. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, interior paint, and improvements to the functionality of the house.
The double garage is position underneath the house and a set of stairs takes you to the front balcony and entryway. The balcony includes an outdoor lounge setting with an aspect looking towards Newcastle City Hall.
The living room is light filled and includes a large chaise lounge, smart TV, split system air conditioner, and leafy outlook. Attached to this area is a small workstation.
