Absolutely awesome rural property with Page only about 25 minutes away. Amenities were exactly as described and the house was well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here!
We were lucky enough to score permits to hike to the wave in Coyote Buttes North, and this house was a great location to allow us an early start without a long drive. Also not far from the activities we'd planned around Page and Lake Powell. Sitting out back at night offered an amazing view of the sky; never have we been able to see so many stars! The host was extremely accommodating and even allowed my mother-in-law to hang out at the house (after we should have been checked out) while we hiked to the wave (she realized after the info session that she was not in good enough shape to do the hike given her back problems). I definitely recommend this rental!
We loved our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything one would hope for. The best part was the landscape. Would love to stay here again!
We wanted something away from town/crowds and the location was great for us! 30 min to Page and an hour to Kanab. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed!
We stayed for a quick weekend. Perfect property for two couples. Nicely decorated and all the amenities you would need. Ideal location to explore the southern Utah area (but not too far to drive into either Page or Kanab for dinner or supplies). Would stay here again.
Yvonne took care of us really well, communication was very good. Clean ranch home.
Absolutely loved the ranch. The mountains view was simply amazing. We are planning to go back there during the summer as well.
A couple days before we left for our trip we got an email with all the info needed to check in along with all the expectations of the guests. Check in was very simple, I was supplied with a code to get in the house which was very convenient due to the remote location. The house was very clean, sheets were clean, bed were comfortable. It was very cold in the house when we got there due to it being January but the house heated up quickly and stayed nice and warm our whole stay. The views from the property are insane. Sunrises and sunsets are both stunning. Very nice sized kitchen where 2-3 people can be in and still not be that crowded. Overall a very cool house, very communicative host, and beautiful landscape. Highly recommend!
This is the best supplied property we have ever stayed at. Literally everything you could think of or need is available to enjoy your stay or explore the area, even small coolers for day trips. Hoghly recommend.
Superb house and location for hiking the Paria Wilderness. Too many great hikes, but certainly the Wave, South Coyote Buttes, White Pocket, and the slot canyons are all nearby and exceptional.
As I ponder the days spent at âLittle Ranch Houseâ in Utah, I have a BIG smile, remembering the great conversations outside by the fire pit, beautiful sunsets, comfortable, didnât lack for nothing. We already decided if we do that trip again we will stay here! Thanks for the memories
We love this home!! This was our second stay here. We are avid hikers and the premier Vermillion cliff hikes are at your doorstep here (White house TH, Buckskin, Wire pass, and coyote buttes north and south). The home is gorgeous, incredibly well stocked, beautifully furnished, has excellent WiFi, and is so rural you feel like you are in the desert wilderness practically. Very private and peaceful. We love it and would not hesitate to visit again.
Little Ranch Home was a great place for us to stay in the middle of our National Parks adventure.
First of all, the home was super clean.
I swear, the kitchen has every small appliance or tool you could ever need.
It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer available to do a couple loads.
We loved how dark it is there at night. The night sky was amazing.
The host was excellent communicating arrival and departure instructions.
Weâd definitely stay again when we are in the area.
Looking for a place out of the crowds of page, gorgeous views, privacy, secluded, open space? Then this is the place
House was superbly tastefully done, homey, spotless clean & and everything you need was there (towels, linen , extra pillows, paper goods, condiments you name it)
AC was great (saw previous posters complaints, and was concerned... I like my ac cold... worked great... but being a mild mid/late may outside temps were only mid eighties, so canât comment how it would do in 100, but I think it would be fine)
Can I give this property 10 stars? It was absolutely perfect. The views are incredible as well as the location. The house was adorable, nicely decorated and we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The house is unique and super charming. There was nothing that I needed that I couldn't find. I wanted to move right in!!! Will be back for sure.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Ranch House! It is so peaceful and the views are spectacular from every room. The house itself is a unique design, felt very spacious for us and our teenage boys, and was well stocked for ease and comfort. Great kitchen. We especially loved spending time on the patio watching sunrise & sunset & stargazing by the fire at night. The pool was fun and refreshing. The location was central to all the things we wanted to see in the area: Grand Canyon, Horshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion National Park. I wish we had had more time to explore right around the house because it looks incredible--just driving around from place to place is beautiful. Great place to relax and unwind during a busy vacation!
This home is located in remote Kanab.. Its called a "Hogan" and very cute & decorated beautifully.
Unfortunately a result of poor instructions left by owners to only touch the AC On & Off Buttons and not adjust the temperature from 68... the ac unit only turned on the Fan and we couldn't get the home cooled below 82 degrees for 4 days. Very uncomfortable. Reached out to owner but the same instructions were given to turn it on via remote. It would cool eventually.
The home was dirty upon entry.. oil on kitchen cabinets and all the drawer handles in kitchen were greasy - refrigerator was dirty, pantry needed wiping.. I spent my first hour cleaning home. There was Even a spider in our bed first night (no mattress pad on King size Bed).
Home unfortunately has outdoor Ant Invasion..I was told to sprinkle comet until house cleaning crew could purchase more.
Today I see the Home is no Longer listed on VRBO??
This place is truly amazing! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect family getaway. We were a group of five, including elderly parents and our 5-year-old, and everyone had a fantastic time. The views were absolutely unforgettableâeasily one of the best we've experienced at any vacation rental. From peaceful sunrises to breathtaking sunsets, every moment felt like a postcard. My parents especially appreciated the quiet, scenic surroundings and couldnât stop talking about how beautiful everything was.The property owner was very responsive. We had a couple of questions about using the amenities, and she replied right away. While most of the communication was automated, it was clear that the owner was attentive and kept track of all messages. We genuinely didnât want to leave and even considered extending our stay. Weâll definitely be coming back and wouldnât hesitate to recommend this gem to others!
We had a wonderful time at Yvonne's Little Ranch House and would stay again in a heartbeat. The property was super clean and had everything you need and everything you never thought you might need inc. air fryers, instapots and more. Thank you for hosting us!
This place was gorgeous, I wish I'd had more time there. It is very tucked away. The construction of the home does mean that light and sound carry throughout but it wasn't an issue
Absolutely adorable house that's perfect for star gazing at night. It's so quiet and dark that you can see the milky way! We stayed here for 2 nights coming from Page AZ and visiting Zion National Park which is 2 hours away. House was so clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was unlocking and locking the door. We were afraid we were going to break the handle as you have to pull it so hard toward you to lock and unlock. We give this place a 10 out of 10.
We are a group of friends and family from Utah. Sales professionals & Licensed Utah Real Estate agent /Property Management. We love spending time in Lake Powell and the surrounding areas so much, that we bought homes in the Happiest Place On Earth!
The Little Ranch home offers access to Kanab, Wahweap Marina/Lake Powell , Page, AZ and the Grand Circle of National Monuments. It rural setting allows relaxation and adventures
