Thoughtfully curated with comfort and convenience in mind, it’s fully stocked with everything from a custom coffee bar, complete with Keurig pods and creamers, to sunscreen and pantry staples. Just drop your suitcase and start relaxing—you’re already on vacation!

With two living levels, four bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and an amazing game room, this spacious home offers something for everyone. Step inside the welcoming foyer and head upstairs to the open-concept great room. Tall ceilings and generous windows bathe the space in natural light, creating a bright, airy, and cheerful retreat.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully equipped and then some. Stocked with spices, condiments, and plenty of tools for both quick snacks and gourmet meals, it’s the perfect space for any kind of cooking. Whether you prefer to dine out and explore the island’s restaurants or stay in and make memories around the dinner table - You’ll have everything you need. After dinner, cozy up on the plush sofa for a movie night or sip a drink on the deck as you enjoy sea breezes and a bit of people-watching.

Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, laundry area, and two guest bedrooms. The bunk room is a kid-favorite with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the second guest bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and ample closet space. The primary suite offers a queen bed, smart TV, and private en suite with walk-in shower. Please note that the closet is not available to guests, but alternate hanging options are provided for your convenience.

Upstairs, the real fun begins! The fantastic game room includes a pool table, casino-style game table, large flat-screen TV, and even a dedicated workspace with privacy doors—ideal for remote work or hopping on a quick call. A private fourth bedroom with a queen bed and shared full bathroom with walk-in shower complete the upper level.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen, 2 Bunk (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
