My family loved the place. Checking in and out was very convenient and easy. The house was clean and well-maintained went we arrived. The elevator was very handy during our stay for both people and pets. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils and appliances. Fortunately, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. The rooftop patio was fantastic, especially first thing in the morning. Watching the sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean was special. The location was ideal. There is a park and bike trail within walking distance of the house, and there is a grocery store less than 5 miles from the house, which was convenient. If I had to nitpick, I would say the beds were a little uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, some aspects of the house felt cheap. For example. The stairs and floors in the house creaked. However, these are small things, and these things did not affect our experience or stay. My family and I would definitely recommend this house to others. We would absolutely stay in this house again if we were to go to Carolina Beach.

The property is immaculate. Access to the beach was very convenient and the house had so many great amenities. The owners thought of everything even the smallest details. The rooftop deck was a highlight. Great for dinners and coffee while the sun rose. The pool table made for great fun. Pet friendly but VERY clean. Great place for our large family and two pups. Exceeded every expectation. Will definitely return.

Wonderful accommodations. The most equipped Rental we ever stayed in. Everything was top of the line. Decor was beautiful. Elevator was a definite plus as one of our party was mobility impaired. Only recommendation I have is to provide drawe space in master bedroom.

First Timers at Carolina Beach for 4th of July 2025

The property was terrific! Location was just a couple walking blocks from oceanfront. The house was set up with everything you needed. The rooftop deck and the ground floor pool table area were perfect for after beach fun and watching the fireworks and grilling on the 4th. We met up with another family so it was truly special since we were able to disconnect from work and spend quality family time. Communication with the property point of contact was amazing. We would definitely recommend to stay here for anyone looking for a great 4 bedroom spot near the beach!

Awesome stay!

This was one of the most well stocked and nicest vacation rentals we've stayed at. No noise from the neighbors in the adjoining condo. The only downside is that the kitchen and living area are on the 4th floor which is above the two king bed rooms. If you have earlier risers in your group (especially kids) consider the foot traffic noise that will occur in the early morning. The 2nd floor has two full or queen beds in one room and a queen bed in the other room. All bedrooms have a private bathroom plus a 1/2 bath on the 4th floor/kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked, brand new nice appliances plus extra appliances (air fryer, blender, waffle maker, I think I even saw a bread maker). Plenty of dishes. Awesome tables and decorations. Very clean. They even provided beach gear for our stay. Wagon, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, corn hole, bikes(this might be something you have to request separately, not sure). The beach towels being provided was also super nice. One less bulky thing to worry about packing. The walk to the beach is easy and as long as you can set up by 9 you'll get a prime spot on the beach not far from the access. Go ahead and book this place, you won't be disappointed!

Great location. Within walking distance of beach public access. Everything needed in the kitchen to cook and entertain. Property was super clean and neat.I had a wonderful time with my family of six. My youngest kid loved the arcade game!!

Great spot on Carolina Beach

We took a family trip to CB and this location was perfect. The home is very clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of board games and fun for a rainy day. The bbq grill and pool table area is a great soace to relax after a day at the beach. There are beach chairs and a beach wagon available for use to the very shoemrt walk to the beach. Well stocked with everything a guest could ask for, including a crock pot and an air fryer in the kitchen. The grocery stores are very close, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Looking for a great family space to unwind and have fun, this checks all of the boxes.

Perfect for graduation at UNCW

My family (ages raged from 1-90) stayed here for a long weekend during my husbands graduation. Everyone absolutely loved this house!! The house went above and beyond on every little detail. An easy walk to the beach and very close to a handicap beach access.

Family vacation

Property was amazing! Great layout with great outdoor space. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Home was very clean and close to beach. Roof top was our favorite place to sit and watch the sun sets.

Perfect for Girls’ Getaway!

This property was amazing! Room sizes, proximity to the beach, minimal noise level surrounding property, and cleanliness! Would definitely stay here again. The only feedback would be to provide miniature toiletries as many of the VRBO properties of this caliber do.

Amazing Property!

The home was immaculate! Lots of room for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed the outside living area under the house. Home was very well stocked including the kitchen. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice home

Everything was very nice. The thoughtful extras made it especially nice. Two of the bedrooms had pet hair on the bed blankets and we don't have pets so that was unwelcome, otherwise great stay.

Excellent vacation rental

The property was beautiful with beautiful views. We stayed here for my 8 year old daughter's birthday and it has more than you could ask for! Lots of games and lots of space and all the amenities. Great stay!

Thanksgiving 2024

Beautiful house, clean, very well stocked and maintained. Not only had the "required" items for us to use and enjoy, but had numerous extras. From snacks, to a waffle iron, an extra counter-top oven, plenty of paper and plastic products, and more than enough silverware and dishes for our large group. We enjoyed what seemed like high-end linens and pillows, and the fully stocked personal grooming kits included in each bathroom. They even had a couple of high-end mountain bikes and beach gear for us to use. I could list additional items, but you get the message.The house was well laid out and in a great location on the island. Only a block or two from the beach. For our older relatives the elevator was a life saver and worked great. This was our second Thanksgiving in this particular home, and once again it didn't disappoint. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a little in or out of season beach fun.

Great stay with the family

We had a wonderful time with family and friends and our puppies. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, a short walk to the beach and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We loved the rooftop deck with good view in all directions.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house last weekend! The living room and outdoor areas were perfect for watching football, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay stress-free and relaxing.One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a few blocks away. We really appreciated the beach cart and chairs that were provided, which made our trips to the beach super convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

40th Birthday Celebration at the beach!!!

Absolutely awesome property with plenty of space and multiple amazing spots from the roof top deck to the 1st floor game patio. We enjoyed it all and would absolutely recommend!!!

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach. We had a heavy rain and flooding in the entryway and the management company was responsive. Once the sun came out, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay here

Wonderful Weekend

Our family wanted a 4 day weekend get away and booked this location. Then the unnamed storm hit dropping 20” of rain right where we were going to stay. The property manager stayed in touch with us making sure we would feel comfortable staying there. The home is beautiful and we had a great time.
