Three bedrooms -- Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed. Third bedroom with twin trundle bed (second twin can pull out).
Beautiful light filled living room on the 2nd floor - windows on three sides looking at the lake!
New, fully equipped kitchen with bar that seats four.

Please note that there is a second cottage on the property located up the hill from the boathouse that has access to a small side dock beside the boathouse. It is allowed to be used for to access the lake - for boating and swimming - not for lounging. The small dock is not attached to the main boathouse dock, but is around the side. We are from Toronto but currently live at our home in Thornbury. We have always enjoyed visiting Muskoka, and especially staying in spots where we could be right on the water. When we had the opportunity to buy this boathouse we jumped at it and we are excited to share it with a few visitors each season.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love being so close to Port Carling and all the restaurants and shops it has to offer! We also like that our location on Lake Rosseau is just a quick boat ride to many other destinations, and that there are several golf courses in close proximity. So many activities to choose from!
