Welcoming you to the luxury Lodge 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment designed to cater to larger families, accommodating up to 6 guests.
This meticulously crafted retreat boasts lush interior design and spectacular mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen featuring all essential cooking appliances, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy the convenience of an in-room washing machine and dryer.
Throughout the day, bask in the welcoming ambiance of this bright and spacious alpine haven. Unwind on the lounge and savour the breathtaking vistas of the Perisher Ranges as the sunbathes the apartment in a warm, golden glow until late afternoon. In the evenings, revel in the presence of a magnificent sandstone fireplace, perfect for sharing a glass of wine, enjoying a movie, or cuddling on the couch with loved ones.
The thoughtfully crafted kitchen serves as a sanctuary for home chefs, allowing you to create delicious family meals.

Bedding Configuration:
Master bedroom: King bed or 2 single beds with ensuite
Bedroom 2: King / Queen bed or 2 single beds with ensuite
Bedroom 3: King bed or 2 single beds
All apartments are individual and unique in their furnishings, if you are a past guest and have a favourite apartment or need a different bedding configuration, please contact our friendly team to assist you with your booking.
NB: Apartment 21 does not have a drying room.
Important to know:
The Stables Resort Perisher is situated in Kosciuszko National Park (KNP), with limited bed capacity per apartment. The bed allocation is for 6 people, and we strictly adhere to KNP regulations. The bed allocation includes children 6 years and over. Children under the age of 5 are not counted.
Winter:
Minimum 2-night stay. Arrival and departure options are Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. On these days, we provide complimentary over-snow transfers from the Perisher Valley Ski-tube terminal to The Stables Resort Perisher
A complimentary daily skier transfer runs from to and from the Perisher Footbridge at the following times:
Morning Shuttle: 8am to 10am
Afternoon Shuttle: 3pm to 5pm
