Step back into the 70s at our funky beachfront pad in the heart of Surfers Paradise! Recently revamped with love, our 2-bedroom haven boasts a king bed in the main room and 2 singles in the second room - perfect for families. Two bathrooms, a designated parking spot, and a sparking swimming pool complete the picture. Enjoy the groovy vibes and modern amenities, all while being centrally located to the best cafes, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Ideal for beach lovers and those seeking a laid-back yet vibrant holiday experience!The Space:
Living Room
âą Immerse yourself in modern retro charm in our living room, featuring bright and airy space with ocean views.
âą Relax on the sofa and kick back with your favourite surf movies on the state-of-the-art flat-screen TV.
Kitchen
âą Enjoy beach views while whipping up delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen with itâs 70s flair.
âą Brew up an espresso coffee on our Smeg coffee machine before heading to the beach in the morning.
Bedrooms
âą The main bedroom welcomes you with a king-sized bed, ensuring a regal night's sleep after a day in the surf.
âą The second bedroom boasts two singles, perfect for the kids or friends.

We welcome beach enthusiasts, families, and anyone looking to soak up the eclectic vibes of Surfers Paradise. Whether you're a surfer, a sun-seeker, or a family wanting a groovy getaway, our apartment is your ticket to a memorable stay.
Things to note:
* Keys are collected at nearby Night Owl store. Access details and directions will be sent prior to check in.
* Air conditioned - Split system in living room (cools bedrooms when bedroom doors left open).
* Free Wifi.
* Prices include exit clean on departure. Enquire for mid-stay clean and linen change (charge applies).
* Bed and bath linen provided.
* By the Beach Getaways does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, etc. and cannot control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.
* Parties and group events are strictly prohibited.
* We do not accommodate Schoolies.
* Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. A $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 10 pm-8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
* For stays over 14 nights, cleaning and linen change is required and charged to the guest at $280 per clean/linen change.
IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be required to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
3. Agree to and sign our rental agreement.
Guest Access:
Guest will have two sets of keys: one from the KeyNest point at Surfers Paradise Mini Mart (to return on departure) and one in the apartment on the coffee/dining table.
The main entrance is on Northcliffe Terrace. You can enter via the front door on Hamilton Avenue or the carpark entrance, then take the lift to the 4th floor.
The Neighborhood:
Your apartment is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just steps from the famous golden beachfront and vibrant cafĂ©, restaurant, and shopping scene. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, from surfing and watersports to nightlife and entertainment. Public transport options are nearby, making it easy to explore the wider Gold Coast. Itâs a lively, convenient spot perfect for both relaxation and adventure.
Getting Around:
Surfers Paradise Beach â Just a short stroll from your doorstep.
CafĂ©s, Restaurants & Nightlife â All within easy walking distance along the Esplanade and Cavill Avenue.
Public Transport â The G:link Light Rail and bus stops are nearby, making it easy to explore Broadbeach, Southport, and beyond.
