Thoughtfully furnished and fully self-contained with HOTEL STYLE LINENS, TOWELS & FREE Wi-Fi, it’s the perfect base for both short and extended stays.
The Space:
Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups, this urban apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
This centrally located 2-bedroom apartment features a spacious main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom also with a queen bed. A spacious living area with a 3-seater sofa bed that folds into a queen-sized sleeper . A warm and cozy bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there’s a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.
Everything is yours to enjoy — no shared spaces.

Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Elizabeth & Franklin St at the Light House Apartments, only a 3min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & La Trobe St, just a 2min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street
Melbourne VIC 3000” just across the road from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection will be at an off-site location nearby.
This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
