Absolute lake front living, large lawn to play on with the children or simply enjoy the sunshine and spectacular views. Take our 5hp motorboat for a ride or perhaps a little fishing.

Please note: The 4th bedroom is off our upstairs games room, entry to this area from the main house is along a covered patio, there is no internal access from the main house. This area is not suitable for children on their own.

The house itself is huge open planned living, dinning and kitchen area, complete with butler's pantry.
All you need to create a formal dinner party or a quick holiday meal, whilst you enjoy the view.

Bring along your coffee pods suitable to use in our Delongi Nespresso machine.

The lake views from the open planned living areas are stunning!

Curl up with a book on our comfy leather lounges or simply sit a daydream as you take in the spectacular lake view.

3 comfortable queen bedrooms are located off the living area, master bedroom has TV and an ensuite.

Laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.

A modern bathroom complete with bathtub completes the man house.

Venture through the door and pass through our covered patio area and you will find a older style shower and toilet, perfect after a dip in the lake.

UPSTAIRS

Upstairs brings you not only stunning lake views, with access to our 4th bedroom that has a double bed and a tri bunk within (double on the bottom, single on top).

Our huge games room has an old full size snooker table, the felt is damaged and as such is more for a bit of holiday fun, than a serious game of snooker or pool. Provides hours of entertainment and holiday fun.

The games room also contains a cosy reading nook, bar fridge and PS3 with wall mounted TV, or bring your own gaming system and plug it in.

We have plenty of board games and fun for the whole family to enjoy after a busy day on the lake.
